Grease, carbon, smoke-residue sources and production buildup accumulate all summer. Once traffic drops, there is finally a window to work on hoods, kitchen equipment, production lines, fleet assets and back-of-house areas — mechanically, on compatible surfaces, and scoped after a site review.
Dry ice blasting is a mechanical cleaning or pre-cleaning method for compatible surfaces. It is not a sanitizing step; food-contact sanitization stays under your facility's approved SOP.

No Process Water Added
The method itself adds no process water. Whether equipment can stay energized or must be isolated is a job-specific determination made with your site team.
No Spent Blast Media Added
Pellets sublimate instead of accumulating, so no detergents, solvents or spent media are added. Dislodged contaminant still has to be contained and collected.
Compatibility Test-Patched
Pellets are softer on substrates than sand or soda, but compatibility is confirmed with a test patch in an inconspicuous area before full-scope work.
Teardown Needs Scoped
Some surfaces can be cleaned in place; teardown, access, isolation and ventilation needs are scoped per asset before work is quoted.
